Most experts spend hours on content planning — staring at blank documents or filling with repetitive ideas. AI can change this: a good prompt gets you a month's framework in 20 minutes.
Catch: 80% use AI wrong, getting generic output. The other 20% provide proper context and get brilliant frameworks.
Structure First, Then AI
Before asking AI for ideas, answer questions:
Who is your audience exactly? Not "entrepreneurs" — "founders of online schools stuck at 200 followers."
What's their pain? Be specific.
I publish on [platform] [frequency].
AI generates ideas best within structure. Provide framework, AI fills intelligently.
The Prompt That Works
"You're a content manager for [expert type]. Audience: [specific description]. Main pain: [what hurts]. I post [how often]. Create 4-week plan: 40% expert posts, 30% stories/cases, 20% engaging, 10% sales. For each post: type, topic, hook."
More specific = better output.
After You Get the Plan
AI plan is starting point. Delete topics you'd never write. Add 3–5 personal ones AI can't know. Connect ideas to your offers.
