Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxplit online service ("Service"), operated by Voxplit Team ("we", "us", or "our").
1.2. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. Voxplit is an AI-powered content repurposing tool available at voxplit.com.
2.2. The Service converts text content (blog posts, articles, long-form content) into adapted publications for platforms including: Telegram, Instagram, Email, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Medium, and other platforms as they become available.
2.3. The Service is a web-based digital product. No download or installation is required.
3. Accounts and Access
3.1. You may register using Google OAuth or email and password.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Plans and Pricing
4.1. During the Early Access period, all users receive 30 free generations per month. Paid plans are currently disabled.
4.2. Generation limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
4.3. When paid plans become available, pricing and features will be published on the Pricing page. We will notify existing users before any changes take effect.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5.2. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
5.3. You agree not to use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content generated by the Service based on your input belongs to you. We do not claim any copyright over the generation results.
6.2. You retain all rights to the original content you submit to the Service.
6.3. The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Voxplit Team and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Privacy and Data
7.1. We collect and process the following data: email address (for registration and authentication) and submitted text content (for generation purposes).
7.2. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by applicable law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3. Submitted text content is processed by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate results. We do not store your content beyond the generation session unless you explicitly save it to your history.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your specific expectations, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
8.3. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it on any platform.
8.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
9.1. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email listed in the Contacts section.
9.2. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could harm us or other users.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
